Who must file
A multinational enterprise group with total consolidated group revenue of €750 million or more in the preceding fiscal year files a Country-by-Country Report. The ultimate parent entity resident in Canada files it, or a Canadian constituent entity when the parent's jurisdiction does not.
Deadline
The RC4649 is due 12 months after the last day of the group's reporting fiscal year.
