Who must file
Every corporation that has an establishment in Québec or carries on business there files a CO-17 with Revenu Québec for each taxation year, in addition to its federal T2 — even when it has no tax to pay.
Deadline
The CO-17 is due within six months after the end of the taxation year, the same deadline as the T2. The balance of tax is generally payable two months after the year end, or three months for a Canadian-controlled private corporation that qualifies.
